Briserm provides you with services including product display, consultation, ordering and after-sales support for laser-related products, covering laser complete machines, fiber laser accessories, CO2 laser parts, laser cutting consumables, welding protective equipment and more. We also offer laser machine upgrading, customization and professional industrial solution consulting services.
Order Establishment & Confirmation
After you browse products, confirm specifications, fill in delivery details and complete payment on our website, your order will be submitted successfully. Once we receive your payment, we will verify order information including product specifications, quantity, shipping address and payment amount. The order will be officially confirmed after successful verification. If there is incorrect information, out-of-stock status or other unfulfillable situations, we will inform you promptly, negotiate order cancellation and arrange full refund accordingly.
You shall ensure all submitted order information, especially shipping address and contact details, is accurate and complete. We shall not be held responsible for any failure of delivery, delayed shipment or goods loss caused by wrong information filled in by customers, and all relevant losses shall be borne by you.
Payment Methods & Responsibilities
Available payment methods are subject to real-time display on the website. Please complete payment via our authorized channels. You are responsible for keeping your payment account safe and properly protecting your payment password and verification codes. Any financial loss arising from personal operational errors or account theft shall be undertaken by yourself.
If payment status shows abnormal due to system failure, network delay and other unexpected reasons after successful payment, please contact our customer service for verification immediately. We will handle the issue properly to safeguard your legitimate rights and interests.
Shipment & Logistics
All goods are shipped directly from our warehouses in China. We will arrange delivery within 1-3 working days after your payment is confirmed. For customized items and special-specification products, the delivery time shall follow the description on product page or mutual agreement.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
Free Shipping: Available to most regions, delivery takes 15-25 working days. Excluding weekends and public holidays; delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance and logistics transit.
Express Shipping: We provide FedEx, DHL, UPS international expedited delivery, delivery takes 4-10 working days. All express freight shall be paid by buyers.
Shipment Tracking: We will provide tracking number after dispatching goods, you can check delivery status on official logistics platforms.
Customs Duty & Clearance
All product prices do not include destination customs duties, value-added tax and other local charges. All customs clearance fees, tariffs and related expenses shall be borne by buyers. We assume no liability for goods detention, return or destruction by customs due to failure to pay relevant fees in time, and all resulting losses shall be undertaken by customers.
